Café de l’Homme

An afternoon of food with a view second to none. Outstanding service, fabulous food and an atmosphere to enjoy Paris.

YES! THIS PLACE IS GORGEOUS! HOWEVER, DO YOU LIKE COLD FOOD, CHEWY FOOD, SMAL PORTIONS, ETC!!!

I really wanted to love Café de l’Homme because the location is absolutely incredible. The view of the Eiffel Tower is one of the best in Paris, and the atmosphere is undeniably beautiful.

Unfortunately… that’s where the compliments end.

The food was honestly my least favorite meal I’ve had in Paris. The cocktails, the coffee, the entrées, and even the portions all missed the mark for me. I kept waiting for something to redeem the meal, but it never happened.

To top it off, if you want to sit outside, it’s an additional €60 per person. Between that and the meal itself, it’s definitely not a budget-friendly experience.

Would I go back? Only for the view; and only if someone else was paying. If you have plenty of money to spend and want an unbeatable Eiffel Tower backdrop, it’s worth stopping by. But if you’re looking for an unforgettable meal, I’d recommend spending your euros somewhere else.
